- Kaarel Krjutskov is a senior researcher at Karolinska Institutet, Sweden, Principal Investigator at Competence Centre on Health Technologies, Estonia and Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Helsinki, Finland. Dr. Krjutskov has extensive molecular engineering background and his current interests are related with RNA-seq method development from the whole-blood RNA samples as well as single cell analysis from biopsy. In addition to transcriptomics, non-invasive prenatal genetic testing and cancer mutation screening based on cell-free DNA analysis are his interests as well. He has 26 peer-reviewed articles and he is a co-inventor in four patent applications.
