Jairo H. Migueles graduated from the Faculty of physical activity and Sport Sciences (2009-2013) and Master Researching in Physical Activity and Sport at the University of Granada (2014-2015).

• His main research interests are:
  • Objective assessment of physical activity, energy expenditure and sleep using accelerometry
  • Assessment of physical fitness in young people
  • Effects of physical activity, exercise and sleep on physical and mental health outcomes, as well as on cognition and brain in young people.
  • Exercise-based interventions using mobile technology (SmartPhones), the so called m-Health approaches.
