The PROFITH (PROmoting FITness and Health through active living) research group recently took part in two major international scientific events: the prestigious Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC 2026), held in London, and the conference of the ISENS (International Society for Exercise Neuroscience).

Recognized as the global epicenter for research on Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, AAIC 2026 marked a historic milestone, gathering over 13,000 attendees both in person and online. Meanwhile, the ISENS meeting once again served as a core hub for cutting-edge advances in exercise neuroscience.
