The PROFITH research group participated in the Sport and Health section of Flash Fest Granada 2025, an open and participatory event designed to bring science closer to the public through interactive activities, workshops, and practical demonstrations.

Throughout the day, the group engaged with attendees through various activities and explanations about the relationship between physical activity, health, and sports performance, illustrating in an accessible way how scientific research can improve people’s quality of life.

For PROFITH, this initiative represented a valuable opportunity to showcase its research, inspire scientific vocations, and highlight the role of the University of Granada and the group itself in transferring knowledge to society.
