Dr. Krjutskov has extensive molecular engineering background and his current interests are related with RNA-seq method development from the whole-blood RNA samples as well as single cell analysis from biopsy. In addition to transcriptomics, non-invasive prenatal genetic testing and cancer mutation screening based on cell-free DNA analysis are his interests as well. He has 26 peer-reviewed articles and he is a co-inventor in four patent applications.\n\n
