José Mora-González graduated at the University of Granada with a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (2008-2013). Subsequently, he did a Master in Secondary Education (Area: Physical Education) and a year later a Master in Researching in Physical Activity and Sport. Recently, he has been granted with the FPU research Fellow from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain.

• His main research interests are :
  • the assessment of physical fitness, physical activity and
  • sedentary behaviors in any kind of population, as well as the study of the effects of physical exercise on physical and mental health outcomes, cognition and brain in young people.
